Overview

The Loan Processor Supervisor at OppFi will lead and mentor a team of Loan Processors, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and providing exceptional service to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service and 12 months in managing operations.
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulatory issues.
• Experience in driving team performance and exceeding goals.
• Proven ability to analyze data and present recommendations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective management skills to inspire and guide teams.
• Ability to communicate with clarity and approachability.
