• Resolve indirect disputes through the e-OSCAR system.
• Resolve direct credit reporting disputes received from customers.
• Determine root causes of disputes by collaborating with various teams.
• Work with major credit bureaus to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience reviewing sensitive information.
• Salesforce experience and knowledge of internal systems.
• Strong time management skills.
• Willingness to learn federal regulations like FCRA and ECOA.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable to rapid change.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (preferred).
• Knowledge of e-OSCAR system and Metro 2 format (preferred).
