Site Reliability Engineer I - Remote

Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer I at OppFi, you'll work with DevOps and engineering teams to automate deployment processes and enhance observability in our AWS environment.

In Short

• Work with AWS deployment platform.
• Develop deployment patterns and tools.
• Write Terraform and bash scripts for automation.
• Enhance observability through logs and metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Migrate legacy technologies to EKS.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 1+ years of experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
• 1+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform).
• 1+ years of experience in Linux environments.
• 1+ years of experience with CI/CD tools.
• 1+ years of experience with logging/metrics tools.
• Experience with Bash scripting.
• Experience with a programming language (Python, Java, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
