Overview

The Director of RIA Operations will oversee the day-to-day wealth management operations of Earned Wealth, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

• Oversee all wealth management operational functions, including billing and account maintenance.
• Lead and mentor the wealth management operations team.
• Manage day-to-day activities of key vendors across wealth management technologies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Lead client billing activities and collaborate with the accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain knowledge of SEC regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and monitor performance goals.
• Analyze operational performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with wealth advisors to support client service initiatives.
• Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of wealth management operations experience.
• Proven track record of developing operational strategies.
• Passion for enhancing wealth management experiences.
• Working knowledge of Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab, Orion, Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of investment products and compliance issues.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
