Overview

OpenTable is seeking a Staff Engineer with expertise in the payments domain to enhance our payments platform, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

In Short

• Lead technical direction for payment integrations.

• Implement 3DS 2.0 authentication flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in the payments ecosystem.
• Experience with Stripe, FreedomPay, or CardConnect.
• Understanding of 3D Secure protocols and chargeback workflows.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with Java.
• Familiarity with observability tools.
• Understanding of PCI-DSS and secure key management.
