Overview

The Everboarding Programs Manager will drive the development and execution of role-specific training programs for the sales and service teams at OpenTable, ensuring they are equipped to exceed their targets.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Program Management or Enablement Role.
• 2+ years Sales or Sales Enablement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience in SaaS companies.
• Track record of managing high-impact enablement programs.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of sales processes and systems.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
