Software Engineer II - Web - Remote

Overview

This is a remote role to start, with plans to transition to hybrid in-office 2x/week located in downtown Toronto. OpenTable is an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive, empowering them to focus on their team, guests, and bottom line.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in software design and development.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL.
• Strong testing skills with React-Testing-library, Jest, Cypress.
• Knowledge of Webpack, ESbuild, ESLint, Prettier, Docker.
• Understanding of Web Performance and Accessibility.
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and best practices.
