Overview

The District Director will ensure proper territory management by their team while staying in tune with industry conditions, leading a team of 12 FTEs to grow revenue and customer base through new sales acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech organization; restaurant industry experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the restaurant industry and customer trends.
  • Experience with sales modeling and forecasting.
  • Ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
  • Record of sales success in a SaaS or start-up environment.
  • Experience with complex high-value sales.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a team with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
