In Short

• Identify opportunities to create and optimize self-sustaining growth loops.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Develop internal tools and infrastructure to support growth initiatives.
• Ensure accurate tracking of key growth metrics and develop analytics dashboards.
• Identify friction points in the user onboarding experience.
• Integrate product with marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on growth initiatives.
• Utilize OpenRouter's API to build integrated growth features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer in a growth-focused role.
• Strong coding skills in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of growth marketing principles.
• Experience with product analytics platforms like PostHog.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for AI and learning about advancements in the field.
