Overview

The Employee Relations Lead at OpenLoop will serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues, guiding managers and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

In Short

• Lead complex employee relations cases and investigations
• Advise and coach managers on corrective action
• Oversee ADA accommodations and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Develop and refine employee relations policies
• Analyze trends in employee relations to recommend improvements
• Partner with Legal and HR leadership on sensitive cases
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audits
• Provide insights to reduce risk and improve employee experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations
• Experience leading workplace investigations
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and EEOC regulations
• Experience with multi-state employee populations
