VP, Marketing, eComm - Remote

Overview

OpenLoop is looking for a VP, Marketing, eComm to fuel our next wave of growth. You will be the primary architect of our eComm marketing organization, building the function from the ground up within OpenLoop.

In Short

• Establish the eComm marketing organization and manage a high-performing team.
• Execute and manage complex campaigns across multiple channels.
• Own the full customer journey including email and SMS strategies.
• Manage designers in producing high volumes of creative content.
• Build and manage analytics infrastructure using advanced statistical models.
• Run marketing operations using AI to drive efficiency.
• Own demand generation analytics and activation campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new ideas to the table.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience in DTC or eCommerce.
• Experience in AI-driven marketing operations.
• Deep experience with metrics like CAC and LTV.
• Recent experience executing campaigns in ad platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently and create paths.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in the Healthcare or Telehealth industry.
