OpenFX is seeking an exceptional Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic partner and legal advisor across the business, focusing on financial products and partnerships.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and bar membership.
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and payments regulations.
• Proven ability to provide business-oriented legal advice.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
