Overview

The Controller will serve as the Head of Finance and oversee all aspects of the organization’s financial strategy, operations, and reporting. This role is critical to ensuring the company’s financial health, compliance, and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with financial needs of the conference or hospitality industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Expertise in financial management and analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy in financial operations.
