Overview

onX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive opportunities in new spaces. This role requires a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

In Short

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting (telemarketing) to generate qualified leads.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement prospect strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Gather and analyze trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Act as a voice for the customer within onX.
  • Ability to travel monthly for corporate or customer site visits.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software solution-based sales.
  • Proven success in selling new products and meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Understanding of technical sales cycles.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter.
  • Enthusiasm for exploring new markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
