Overview

As an onX SDET & QA Manager, you will lead a team of SDETs and Quality Assurance Engineers, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality solutions through effective leadership in a remote/hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience as a tester or SDET.
• 5 years of experience managing SDETs or testers.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to prioritize projects using data.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
• Ability to travel bi-annually.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Passion for making testing more effective through automation.
• Commitment to best practices in software engineering.
