Overview

onX is seeking a CX Systems Specialist with a passion for delivering world class support experiences using well-orchestrated technology. Your focus will be on planning and executing projects to improve the key technological systems involved in communicating with and supporting onX customers.

In Short

  • Configuration of ticketing software, including channel management and ticket routing.
  • Optimization of self-service software.
  • Assisting with CX software contracting and license management.
  • Identifying gaps in support tooling and advocating for investment to fill these gaps.
  • Improving automated exchange of information between our CRM and other company systems.
  • Collaboration with Customer Experience leadership to define and execute systems priorities.
  • Development of a forward-looking support systems roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technical project/program management.
  • Experience with and/or certification in CRM administration.
  • A shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values.
  • Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment.
  • Ability to travel for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location.
