In Short

• Lead project delivery for complex client implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Document and communicate scope changes.
• Drive the creation of supporting project documentation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings.
• Drive accountability across workstreams.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a SaaS or cloud environment.
• Background in enterprise SaaS implementation.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Project Management certification required.
• Understanding of DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
