Overview

As a Technical Project Manager at Socure, you will play a key role in scaling the adoption of RiskOS by delivering seamless, timely, and high-quality implementations for customers.

In Short

  • Lead and manage technical implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • Coordinate the resolution of install-based requests.
  • Drive platform and solution migrations.
  • Define requirements, scope, and delivery milestones.
  • Build and maintain project plans and track timelines.
  • Act as the primary delivery contact for customers.
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements.
  • Contribute to standardized delivery processes.
  • Improve onboarding workflows and post-go-live tracking.
  • Support triage of technical issues.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and technical documentation.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods.
