Technical Project Manager - Remote

At Preveta, we’re not just fixing a broken system—we’re building a better one from the ground up. Our software powers proactive, data-driven care navigation for cancer and complex diseases. We partner with top clinical teams to ensure patients get timely, appropriate care—before it’s too late. We’re seeking a clinically trained, data-focused teammate to help us go even further. This is a contract position with the potential for conversion to full-time employment. Conversion is not guaranteed and is contingent on business needs, individual performance, and continued authorization to work in the U.S.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end integration processes for connecting to EHR, PM, and other systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for integration projects.
• Participate in technical discussions regarding data flows and system configurations.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Conduct regular status updates with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to optimize workflows.
• Foster strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors on deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in project management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective in a remote-only work setup.
• Dedication to understanding customer workflows.
• Willingness to travel (10 - 20%).
