• Seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Research & Development team.
• Responsible for project managing important product features.
• Lead cross-functional team activities and track project dependencies.
• Create project plans and manage issue resolution.
• Facilitate daily standups and serve as Scrum Master.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and team metrics.
• Define and manage project timelines and roadmaps.
• Support periodic reviews by audit and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g. YouTrack or Jira).
• Proven experience serving as a project lead.
• Strong initiative and innovative thinking skills.
• Ability to drive and motivate teams.
• Experience with agile or scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in project management roles.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello.
