We are looking for experienced contact centre professionals to join our assisted service team, focusing on delivering outstanding service to our members while developing the required skills to progress to a full-time role as a Pension Benefits Specialist.

  • Relevant university degree and client service experience required.
  • Pension Plan Administration Certificate preferred.
