Benefits Specialist, PEO - Remote

Overview

The Benefits Specialist serves as the main point of contact with clients for benefits administration service delivery, ensuring customer service excellence and managing the day-to-day benefit needs of clients and their employees.

• Main point of contact for clients, responsible for day-to-day benefit administration.
• Answer benefit-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and carriers for benefit information.
• Conduct virtual Employee Benefit Orientation Meetings.
• Work with Benefit Implementation Managers on Open Enrollment.
• Quality control all client setups for accuracy.
• Assist employees with eligibility and coverage questions.
• Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and employees.
• Lead annual open enrollment processes.
• Partner with payroll department for changes in deductions.

Requirements

• CEBS or GBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in benefits in a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and PEO with expertise in PrismHR.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
