Overview

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Fitness Network Development Specialist to help grow our network of fitness partners. In this role, you will identify, engage, and onboard new fitness locations that align with our brand and membership needs. You’ll play a key part in expanding access to high-quality fitness options for our members while supporting the success of local businesses.

In Short

  • Identify and target new fitness locations that align with our brand and member needs.
  • Prospect, qualify, and recruit new partners into our network to expand offerings for our members.
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce our program and engage potential partners.
  • Present the benefits of joining our network, including increased visibility, member retention, and growth opportunities.
  • Understand each partner’s unique needs and tailor solutions that make joining our network an attractive opportunity.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring they understand program requirements, benefits and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and member access.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in partner development, business development, or sales—ideally within the fitness industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with fitness operations and the needs of business owners and members.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales prospecting tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
