Overview

As the Strategic Initiatives & Business Performance Lead, you will be a key architect of One Pass’s transformation and growth, responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and shaping frameworks for business reporting.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with growth roadmap.
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize transformation efforts.
• Facilitate scenario planning and business modeling.
• Design and manage business performance reporting for executives.
• Aggregate data to deliver actionable insights on KPIs.
• Own the development of the operating scorecard.
• Conduct analyses to identify root causes of underperformance.
• Drive innovation by identifying whitespace opportunities.
• Establish processes for initiative tracking and strategic planning.
• Support business reviews with compelling narratives and insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy or business operations.
• MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills in root cause analysis.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in health or wellness platforms is a plus.
