Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale One Model’s paid and organic growth engine. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a senior operator who can think strategically and execute with precision.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Strong organizational skills with budget management experience.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record in improving paid efficiency metrics.
  • Experience in designing experimentation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and web UX best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence.
  • A builder mentality with a focus on creating systems.
  • Experience in ABM programs in complex environments.
