Overview

We are looking for a Mid Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role you will report to the VP of Sales and focus on taking specialized, advanced-analytics solutions to market.

In Short

  • Build a pipeline through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Present a clear value-add case for One Model.
  • Gather and organize market feedback.
  • Utilize CRM and outreach tools effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the wider team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales to midmarket enterprises.
  • Successful track record in hunting and closing deals.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to customer acquisition.
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools.
  • Strong multitasking and account management skills.
  • Experience in selling HCM or analytics solutions.
  • Ability to run product demos and interpret metrics.
  • Existing relationships in target market are a plus.
  • Experience in formal sales methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel within the US (up to 25%).
  • Growth-minded and energetic personality.
  • Passion for analytics is a significant plus.
