Overview

The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing a plan to support prospects and customers globally in various marketing channels.

• Understand and implement ON24’s Marketing strategy.

• Track and optimize campaigns through reporting and A/B testing.

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or DG Operations role.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Results-driven with a data-driven approach.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot.
• Experience with project management systems like Wrike, Asana, Trello, or Monday.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Ability to predict and prevent last-minute changes.
