Overview

As an Account Sales Specialist for On in North Germany, you will represent the brand to our B2B retail partners and consumers, driving commercial success and collaboration across teams.

In Short

  • Responsible for commercial success of local B2B retail partners in North Germany.
  • Organize sell-in and business monitoring, identifying new opportunities.
  • Onboard and train B2B partners on system usage.
  • Leverage reporting dashboards for data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to optimize performance.
  • Manage administration and data in CRM system.
  • Work with EMEA and Global Sales Enablement teams to improve processes.
  • Contribute to account strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Work remotely approximately 70% of the time.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and self-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present products and engage with customers.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
