Overview

This role manages Gas Power Services sales in China, covering plans, customer relations, growth opportunities, service solutions, and pipeline management. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, 5+ years of related experience, and bilingual skills, with strong communication, industry knowledge, and customer-focus preferred.

In Short

  • Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan for Gas Power Services business for the assigned customer based in China.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Manage business relationships with assigned customers at all levels.
  • Oversee the entitlement process for assigned turbine serial numbers.
  • Manage daily deal tracking and customer management.
  • Provide service solutions for assigned customers from outages to projects.
  • Promote and launch new products in China.
  • Maintain accuracy in pipeline management, pacing, and forecasting in NEX.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and collaborate with various functions to solve product issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering or related field; MBA/Master is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales, or application engineering.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong accountability and self-starter attitude.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Knowledge of power industry market, products, and services.
  • Proven commercial and sales experience in closing complex contractual agreements.
  • Lean background is preferred.
  • High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools (NEX, Excel, etc.).
