Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in an operations role.
  • Hands-on experience managing internal help tickets.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in HubSpot.
  • Experience with HubSpot workflows and automation.
  • Experience managing knowledge bases.
  • Advanced or Near-Native English proficiency.
  • Technical proficiency in G-Suite & Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
