Overview

As a Billing & AR (Stripe/Subscriptions) Specialist at Olly Olly, you will manage end-to-end billing operations, focusing on subscription lifecycles and accounts receivable processes to protect revenue.

In Short

• Manage subscription lifecycle in Stripe including setups, changes, and cancellations.
• Prepare evidence for disputes to protect company revenue.
• Execute billing workflows in HubSpot and automate processes.
• Support month-end close with AR reports and reconciliations.
• Investigate delinquencies and handle collections outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success for accurate data.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency in AR.

Requirements

• 3+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience in SaaS.
• Proven expertise with Stripe Subscriptions.
• Experience preparing dispute evidence for banks/payment processors.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot for AR workflows.
• Familiarity with collections outreach and problem-solving.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
