• Manage customer subscriptions including upgrades, downgrades, pauses, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate subscription records in billing tools (e.g., Stripe, Chargebee).
• Generate and send invoices.
• Support clients with billing-related questions and payment options.
• Monitor overdue invoices and follow up with customers.

Requirements
