In Short

  • Analyze market trends and conduct detailed analyses.
  • Serve as the data expert for the sales team.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to create actionable dashboards.
  • Determine product category positioning for maximized assortment.
  • Develop customer-specific category insights presentations.
  • Support the Commercial Planning team with insights.
  • Research trends and suggest improvements.
  • Educate sales team on data interpretation.
  • Evaluate best practices for analytics strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Adaptable strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • Experience in understanding consumer needs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to connect data to narrative building.
  • Understanding of syndicated and consumer panel data.
  • Ability to summarize findings from large data sets.
  • Attention to detail and efficient work production.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite.
