Overview

The Learning & Development | Quality Assurance specialist (LDQA) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs and materials for employees within an organization.

In Short

• Develop and maintain training content for global business services teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for training needs analysis.
• Point of contact for training progress reports and interventions.
• Introduce and present training programs using various formats.
• Conduct daily audits based on quality assurance parameters.
• Close training and knowledge gaps with internal teams.
• Initiate and lead continuous process improvement.
• Assist QA manager on projects to improve service quality.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Training or Quality Assurance role.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to multitask.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
