Risk Manager, Crypto Product Management - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Risk Manager to join our Enterprise Risk Team and help scale our global product risk management function. This role will focus on embedding effective risk identification, evaluation, and governance across the end-to-end product lifecycle, supporting both existing and emerging product lines—including but not limited to cryptocurrency, trading platforms, wallets, and adjacent financial services.

• Lead and execute risk and control assessments across the product lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to review new product initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of a scalable Product Governance Framework.
• Maintain robust risk documentation within the enterprise GRC system.
• Support the preparation of product risk reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor external events and evaluate their implications.
• Lead or contribute to strategic risk initiatives.
• Promote awareness and adoption of risk management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product risk management.
• Proven experience in conducting product risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and associated risks.
• Experience with risk frameworks and scenario analysis.
• Understanding of regulatory environments related to crypto assets.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
