Junior Account Manager, Institutional (EMEA) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong operations and technical ability; ideally possessing some trading knowledge as well. This position provides an excellent opportunity to become a Senior Account Manager in the future.

In Short

• Support clients and resolve issues surrounding the platform and products.
• Handle a high volume of client enquiries.
• Provide exceptional support to clients with timely responses.
• Build strong relationships with institutional clients.
• Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot client issues.
• Take responsibility for organizing meetings and following up with stakeholders.
• Provide rotational weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with an additional language preferred.
• Proactiveness and learning agility.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Data-analytical expertise, with proficiency in SQL or Python as a plus.
• Adaptability and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work on a shift schedule, including weekends.
