Overview

We are looking for a highly capable and driven Administrative Manager to lead our office operations in Dubai and provide regional administrative support across the MENA region. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with good organizational acumen, strong logical thinking and analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

In Short

  • Lead day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace.
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors on repairs and facility upgrades.
  • Manage space planning and future expansion requirements.
  • Design and execute staff welfare initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Oversee all local procurement processes and vendor negotiations.
  • Monitor budgets for office operations and provide cost analysis.
  • Lead or support fit-out projects and office upgrades.
  • Act as a liaison between Admin, HR, IT, and Finance teams.
  • Support onboarding experiences and promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Familiar with travel management and third-party travel booking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Demonstrated success in vendor negotiation and event planning.
  • Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Fluent in English, another language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and operational compliance is desirable.
