Overview

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing requests, orders, loans, and billing of IT resources for projects, ensuring effective communication with internal clients and suppliers.

In Short

  • Maintain relationships with internal clients through phone support.
  • Communicate with suppliers for invoice follow-ups.
  • Enforce management processes with internal clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in French (B2) and English (B1).
  • Previous experience in administrative management of IT resources.
  • Experience in customer relations is a plus.
  • Dynamic, versatile, reactive, and rigorous work ethic.
