Overview

The Jr. National Account Manager (Jr. NAM) will manage a defined portfolio of Retail and Distribution accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This role is responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maximizing sales opportunities through various channels of engagement. The ideal candidate is skilled at building strong relationships, communication, analyzing market dynamics, and driving results through collaboration and strategic planning. The individual in this role will also support our Director of National Accounts – MRO.

In Short

  • Serve as the main liaison between ASC Engineered Solutions and assigned distributors.
  • Develop understanding of each distributor's business model and growth opportunities.
  • Own Customer Data Files for product information and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement customized growth strategies for distributors.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends for performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet distributor needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights.
  • Support Director of National Accounts – MRO in daily activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required, estimated at 30%.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD annually.
