Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sr Manager to join our Email Marketing Team at OKX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange. The Sr Manager will oversee strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns within the LATAM region.

In Short

• Develop integrated marketing plans for key initiatives, programs, and campaigns.
• Lead email marketing strategy for LATAM.
• Be the global point of contact for local market partners.
• Execute campaigns with pace and quality.
• Own editorial and storytelling for campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or related roles.
• Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years leading teams.
• Experience in crypto and trading.
• Experience with exchanges and knowledge of CEFI & DeFi.
• Creative storytelling skills for compelling email development.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
