Requirements

  • Strong understanding of online casino and sportsbook platforms.
  • Proficiency in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM).
  • Experience with Smartico CRM system.
  • Skilled in using analytics tools.
  • Ability to segment customer databases and design loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
