Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for complementing Okta’s innovations, best practices and capabilities with our Department of Defense customers’ business objectives and priorities thereby driving higher business value and executive alignment.

In Short

  • Work as a strategic advisor to your customers providing them with guidance on Okta best practices.
  • Build and execute success plans to mitigate risk and drive growth.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve full business value.
  • Act as the liaison for technical inquiries and escalations.
  • Provide insight on new products and features.
  • Collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Execute with an entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes.
  • Obtain Okta Professional and Admin certifications upon joining.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in Customer Success or similar role with the DoD.
  • Understanding of DoD technical considerations and cloud security requirements.
  • Knowledge in Identity and Access Management and Security.
  • Experience in navigating customer engagements.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 10%).
  • Current US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
