Renewals Enablement Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated Renewals Enablement Manager to join Okta’s Customer First Enablement team. In this role, you will become the enablement advocate for our Renewals organization, interacting and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Identify and communicate Renewals organizational perspective.
• Suggest and execute new ideas/programs to leadership.
• Equip renewal teams with necessary product knowledge.
• Use a data-driven approach for future initiatives.
• Partner with enablement staff to deliver programs.
• Engage with Renewal Managers for collaboration.
• Lead discovery sessions with business leaders.
• Identify efficiencies and enhancements.
