Overview

The OECD is seeking a Data Ecosystem Policy Analyst to lead initiatives that support the use of high-quality data for development, working with various stakeholders to enhance data ecosystems.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the Data Ecosystem Team.
  • Design and implement programs for data ecosystems in low- and middle-income countries.
  • Provide policy guidance on data governance and partnerships.
  • Ensure integration of transversal themes in project design.
  • Represent PARIS21 in international forums.
  • Draft high-quality reports and policy briefs.
  • Contribute to evidence-based analysis in development contexts.
  • Coordinate with consultants and partners for knowledge products.
  • Support fundraising and donor relations.
  • Promote data for development through advocacy and events.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in statistics, public policy, or related fields.
  • At least five years of experience in development policy and data systems.
  • Strong understanding of data for development.
  • Field experience in developing countries is desirable.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with gender and climate data is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
