Overview

Ocrolus is seeking a qualified Strategic Account Executive with a proven track record of selling complex SaaS-based software solutions into the Fintech/financial vertical space. The role involves managing sales activities for named regional accounts.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
  • Lead and direct a cross-functional team through complex customer journeys.
  • Communicate and track the status of each sales opportunity.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members in sales activities.
  • Apply leading sales frameworks systematically.
  • Create and deliver client presentations to align stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields.
  • 8+ years of solution/value selling experience.
  • 5+ years as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
  • 2+ years selling to large enterprise customers (Fortune 100).
  • Proven success in hunting and selling into new logo accounts.
  • Experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
