Overview

This position involves assisting in data collection and implementing the delivery of healthcare services while maintaining a positive relationship with the healthcare team.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • 2 years of ambulatory care experience required.
  • 3 years of ambulatory care and home health care experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Ability to work with individuals of all age groups.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
