Overview

The Cancer Call Center LPN will support patient scheduling and referral management, ensuring effective communication and documentation in a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Perform patient scheduling and referral management.
• Triaging complex scheduling requests.
• Collaborate with Cancer Service Line and clinics.
• Review and request clinical documentation.

• Work under the direction of the Access Manager.

Requirements

• Completion of LPN nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year of Practical Nursing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Current and valid Arkansas Practical Nurse License.
• Ability to identify urgent and non-urgent symptoms.
• Commitment to patient-centered care principles.
• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
