Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare required.
  • 1 year of internal company experience preferred.
  • Experience in hospital or clinic revenue cycle is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quality management skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and retrieval of patient information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under fluctuating workloads.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws relevant to the role.
