Overview

The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking Remote Account Resolution Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As an Account Resolution Representative, you are responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to collect payment for medical and non-medical accounts.

In Short

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls for collections activity.
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills for positive results.
• Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPPA.
• 1+ years’ experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service.
• Ability to enter and update data accurately and timely.
• Work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Cooperative team player.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience working in a Collections, Call Center or Customer Service function.
• Ability to enter and update data accurately.
