Overview

The Client Billing Partner is responsible for providing revenue cycle management and account management to OCHIN Billing Services member clients, focusing on maintaining and servicing accounts and relationships.

In Short

  • Provide efficient account receivable services to maximize reimbursement.
  • Deliver timely revenue cycle management reports and analysis.
  • Build relationships with key partners to influence decision making.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and lead professional meetings and presentations.
  • Work independently with little supervision.
  • Identify and resolve billing trends and issues.
  • Support Billing Specialists with training and mentorship.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes affecting billing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes.
  • Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles.
  • EPIC Certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
